Compact Offshore Nitrogen Generator (CONG™)

Nitro-Lift’s® Compact Offshore Nitrogen Generator (CONG™) Units represent revolutionary advances in the technology of non-cryogenic nitrogen generation. With size and weight limitations in mind, Nitro-Lift® engineered these units to produce up to 350 MCF/D of 99% pure nitrogen at discharge pressures of up to 3,000 PSI on a continuous basis. The complete package weighs only 25,000 pounds with overall dimensions of 8’ x 10’ x 9’, making it the lightest, smallest, most portable unit of its kind in the industry today. It is perfect for offshore or remote application.

This unit was developed in conjunction with StarRotor, a widely recognized group of PhD engineers from Texas A&M University that specialize in an innovative compression design. Along with a redesigned air flow pattern, this effort resulted in a much more compact version of our non-cryogenic nitrogen generation fleet, with patents pending on its novel processes.
